Our injection moulding expertise is among the leading in Europe when it comes to medical-grade plastic solutions. We manufacture highly complex, delicate components with micron-level precision and offer a full range of services — from micro-injection moulding and multi-component parts (2K, 3K) to metal overmoulding and integrated in-mould assembly. Equipped with cutting-edge technology and finely tuned processes, we guarantee the flawless realization of even the most challenging geometries and the safe processing of biocompatible materials, always focused on safety, efficiency, and reliability.
In our ISO 7 certified cleanroom production, we manufacture medical products under the highest hygiene standards. On injection moulding machines ranging from 35 to 180 tons of clamping force, we produce precise components for diagnostics, medical devices, and pharmaceutical applications. Combining automated visual inspection, artificial vision systems, and advanced metrology, we ensure full traceability and documented quality — reliable with every single piece.
