In close cooperation with Corticeira Amorim, VANGEST has developed an innovative cork harvesting device that impresses with its innovative approach and fast prototype production. The aim: to make harvesting processes more efficient while protecting the precious cork oaks.
The device, created in VANGEST's prototyping and small series department, is characterized by its lightness and ease of use, allowing even less experienced users to work effectively. By using rapid prototyping, five prototypes were created, which were convincing in tests under real conditions and brought to series production readiness.
